Excel Star Time to Shine named Champion USEA East Coast 4-year-old Young Event Horse

We couldn’t be more excited to share that Excel Star Time to Shine, owned by the Dare to Dream Team, WON the 4-year-old East Coast Young Event Horse Championships held at Fair Hill International. He was just stellar throughout the competition and will get a nice vacation now before gearing up for the 2020 season.
